What’s the starting point and end goal? Because “bulk up a bit” can be eat more calories and exercise for a month, and then lose it, or a radical long term change.

Bulk up by how much. Are you underweight? Do you just want to tone your muscles? Whats going on here.

I wamt to gain as much fat in as little as much time as possible. Ibe always been underweight except for last year when I FINALLY started gaining weight for once in my life.

I can clearly tone down with ease when I choose to seeing as how my body is practically allergic to weight gain. 😑

Oh. If it’s fat you want not muscle, then candy, chocolate, fast food, anything calorie dense. If it’s muscle you want, see my other comment somewhere in the thread.

A problem Ive found with pure chocolate is thst since its so absurdly high in insoluble fibre my body doesnt hold onto the calories of it for long. Its high in fat which is nice but when I tried bulking by eating a bunch of pure unsweetened chocolate I had to use the washroom like CRAZY so I ended up losing weight AND feeling hungrier than I did before using the chocolate.

What Im looking for is a place in toronto that sells pure cocoa fat without any cacao powder inside the fat because obviously the powderr is what has the fiber in pure unsweetened cchocolate. I may have to look for a bakery or sometthing , though Im not sure if any bakeries anywhere here sells unsweetened coocoa fat.
