On the other hand sometimes I come away from an interaction thinking “Damn, I was on today!” so I’ve learned to forgive myself for not always being there.

For the little things I think this adage is useful: “you can never say the wrong thing to the right person.” Tiny awkwardnesses should just be ignored, we’re all doing our best.
This does not apply in situations where you are being an asshole.

Yes, all the time. The fact that people actually want spend time with me is pretty weird if you ask me. I see it in their eyes that I act odd, lol.
You know, there’s something truly beautiful about people knowing you’re weird and still wanting to spend their time with you.
I have one friend I like to hang out with specifically because of how she’s weird.
But that implies I have some good social interactions
