What legitimate pressure are you talking about? Europe can’t afford to antagonize the US too much, since we are still hugely dependend on their digital services, like Microsoft and Windows. The US could cut us off and our governments and enterprises would be fucked, cos switching to Open Source Alternatives takes time.
