The good news here: when white trash gets that kind of money, they’ll blow it all very quickly and then usually end up worse off financially.

I’m more concerned about the 27000 people, including standout members of the community such as White Guilt is OVER, Whites Unite and David Duke Fan 88, who have donated over $720k to her (so far).

You can’t retire on 700k in the US, especially if you have young kids. (Which is, TBH, a depressing thought. I’d be fine with one racist retiring for free if it meant the majority of the population got more equitable value for their labor.)

She’ll have to pay taxes on it too, I’m assuming.

I cannot guess at the tax rate. I assume the fundraising will hit the $1 million goal.

At 4% withdraw rate, thatis $40K per year.

Cut in half for taxes, is $20K. Equivalent-ish to a $10 per hour job.

Single mothers are statistically more likely to be at the bottom of the wage scale.

It could be enough to retire on.

Windfalls of cash often wreak havoc. Let’s hope. But really, what could happen to them that’s worse than ending up as themselves, which already happened.

And here if I got a windfall id probably use it to do car repairs and get new boots. That’d just be a couple hundred and I’d burn out my stupid shit list at about a thousand. How do folks burn through money so easily.

I think the problems arise when there are multiple people involved with different ideas and guilt trips. “My important needs list should take precedence over your stupid shit list” and that kind of thing. From what I understand, LeBron James was miserable for years because every person from his early life thought he basically owed it to them to buy their mom a house.

I had a colleague ask me if he won the lottery, how much could they gift me to retire immediately? Of course a small windfall would be great to set up future stability, but I told them 5 million to give all work up immediately.

Luigi is represented in New York by Karen Friedman Agnifilo, Marc Agnifilo, and Jacob Kaplan from Agnifilo Intrater. Learned counsel Avi Moskowitz of Moskowitz Colson Ginsberg Schulman has been appointed on the federal case, because at least one of the charges carries capital punishment as a potential sentence. Luigi is represented by Thomas Dickey of Tom Dickey Law Offices in Pennsylvania.

Considering how hard they are trying to murder him, life in prison would be a step up. However, my wishful thinking is that his lawyer and their team will rip the prosecution’s case to shreds.

If - and a big one at that - there is any semblance of justice left in our country, all Luigi and his team have to do is provide reasonable doubt.

The arresting officers did a pretty good job at destroying their own case against him by the litany of procedural errors and sketchy chain of custody.

So either they were so sloppy they made it look like their guilty suspect was framed, or they just sloppily framed him.
