  • Every federal government candidate has rich sponsor(s) because our political system is a massive cash laundering machine, as it has been since “we” (not the voters) decided that corporations are people and money is free speech.

They will always win, because they have much more money than the voters themselves. These multi-generational constructs control our rotting political system.

There is no legal solution, unfortunately. Our “representatives” aren’t going to wake up tomorrow and say "you know what? I have so much money that I actually feel guilty. Let’s throw a bone to the proles ( i.e. raise minimum wage, universal healthcare, term limits).

With our legal bribery system, there’s no longer any need for backroom cash deals, it’s very efficient. Their only limit is their discretion, for appearances sake.

If someone gets busted for bribery or similar, that only means that they have displeased someone else with a bigger pile of money. That’s it. So we get the appearance of the rule of law without any actual rule of law.

At this point, the only thing that will drag down this decrepit empire is the inevitable economic collapse that is our heritage. The unbridled greed becomes unsustainable.

But please vote, I did! Every good comedy routine needs a “straight man”, the “foil”, and that is our role as voters. Just be in on the joke.

  • If you appear to be “alternative” in any way, do not drive through Texas.

I have driven through Texas three times, and I have gotten pulled over and searched every time. The cops would love to have any excuse to seize your car and cash, they hate you.

If you absolutely must drive through Texas, at least remove your Darwin fish and any political stickers, get a hair cut, remove your face piercings, and wear a cowboy hat or baseball cap or something.

I’m not exaggerating and this is not a joke.

  • You know, when you say the same shit for 50 years, it starts to lose efficacy somewhat. Every two years.

“This is the most important election ever”

“Martial law they will load us into trains Jade Helm”

“Fascist coup, save us from the fascists”

This is known as “misdirection”, they do it because it works. They want you to think it’s a battle of good vs. evil. They bOtH use the other party, they want to distract your attention from the puppeteer to the hand puppets.

“This puppet on the right hand is evil! Stop the evil puppet!!! Save me from the right hand puppet oh my God please save me” says the left hand puppet.

“No! God says that I am the good puppet, left hand puppet wants to drag you into Hell! We must stop the lying left hand puppet to save our civilization!” says the right hand puppet.

The puppeteer is JP Morgan; if you look closely, you’ll see his lips are moving, and the puppets aren’t actually doing the talking.

They are the show. Enjoy the show.

Vote! I vote every election. Because it’s funny.

  • Ha, thanks for the laugh to start my day. Reporter is confused… only the vast majority of voters want the Iran War to end, nobody wants us fighting in Iran, Democrat, Republican, and Independent voters all agree.

    Not the representatives.

Like Medicaid for all, higher minimum wage, billionaire taxation, weed legalization, term limits, age limits, and so forth, only voters want those things.

Not “Dems” in office, nor “Reps”. Their job is to continue to make excuses to voters as to why they can’t have what the want.

If you want to know what Ds and Rs in office find important, it’s imperative that you don’t listen to what they say. That’s silly.

Look at what they do. Look at what the results of their actions are.

What do they find important? Union membership should drop. Wages should stay low. Healthcare should be as expensive as possible. Corporate profits should go up. Taxes on the wealthy should be laughably low.

These are the things our reps want… the things that are as they are are that way because the reps have decided that it should be so.

They could fix any of these issues that are popular with voters virtually overnight. All they need is a simple majority vote (not a super majority; that’s a joke and not the law, parliamentary rules are not law and can be changed at will).

They choose not to give the voters what they want.
