So if Colombia has an American who kills dozens of people in their country, and is charged and sentanced to life without parole, and then the decide YEARS after the fact to put them on a plane to LAX and throw them off the plane with no other effort, do you want to let that plane land? That’s fucking insane. The solution to this problem already exists.
